Yes that is good advice I am using Flector which seems to work better for muscle and nerve pain on me …I think it is similar to Voltrol.

My Grand Dad ,had a fishing boat, came out from Newhaven in the County of Sussex…
.Spent all his spare time on that boat…He moved there in the end and his Fishing Buddy worked in the Customs in Newhaven and had a very good stock of Brandy etc, for some reason.!
Nan used to go up to Scotland a lot, she loved that part of the UK.

Good morning on this bright but chilly Sunday.
Not getting on very well today, keep getting side tracked.
Washing’s blowing well, and now I must go and make an effort to get some bulbs planted before it rains again.
