Merry Christmas Eve. 
It was overcast yesterday which made me happy thinking that my neighbors would stay indoors. For the most part, they did. Just a short bout of gagging and dog barking.
Not much else going on.
Plans for today are the same as yesterday.

I have both helpers here today, which will be good.
From Boxing Day, they are both away for a week, which will be strange.

I was up drinking my morning coffee at three this morning, a consequence of drifting into a strange sleep pattern.
I have no intention of doing anymore shopping, it’s going to be chaos out there!
Rather we’ll be doing some traditional festive cooking today, all laid back🎄

I had thought of going to LIDL or Sainsbury this afternoon to see if there are any bargains
They will be very busy so it depends on how I feel later
So I might just settle for a walk to the local greengrocer and some beer & crisps from the Polish shop

Good Christmas Eve everybody… 
Feeling a lot better this morning so while Mrs Fox was out with her friends walking, I took the opportunity to wrap her presents and remove the duvet cover sheet and put it in the washer pending instructions. It stated on her note that everything was set up…It wasn’t. No washing powder in the little cup and the washers settings were wrong…So I adjusted the settings and bunged some washing powder (it’s liquid really) into the little cup and set it going. You can’t get stuff clean with 40 degrees can you? So I bumped it up to 60…I bet that will make her very happy when she gets back.
Spent most of the morning reading about the troubles in the Middle East…Those threads get longer and longer…
Slept unexpectedly well last night and had to ‘prize’? myself out of bed this morning but thought it was wise not to go out walking today even though the temperature outside was 14 degrees C…
Very unseasonable weather just lately. I bet the climate change fanatics will find a good reason to explain it. 
Mrs Fox is making it very uncomfortable to continue on the forum scrubbing around my legs with the mop and hoovering under my chair…I think she’s trying to tell me something…So I’ll bugger off for a shower…
