Morning all, tipping down here and forecast to continue for another two or three hours, so the dogs will have to wait for their walk which is a shame, because you meet such a nice class of dog walkers on Boxing Day morning…
So no great plans for the day, maybe start to make a new model aeroplane or maybe delve into the electronics starter kit that I treated myself to, spoiled for choice really. Just home made tomato soup and a baguette for lunch and then perhaps a film this afternoon.
Here’s wishing you all the best of days, whatever your plans.
I went out at 7:30 with Chloe and it was still pitch black . I have some cleaning to do this morning and a letter to write nothing more exciting than that.
Good morning everyone
After heavy overnight rain in an unusually warm closeness for winter, it is dry for the time being. I was up early as usual and after some music time to myself I came back into the house and prepped breakfast for my tribe, then after mine I rang up to summon everyone to the feast awaiting them.
I’m just slobbing around today - got to pack for my mini break at Warners at some point. Deciding what to wear - eeek - what?
We go tomorrow. My friend just told me to take my own pillows as you don’t know what germs have been left on them by previous occupants. Is it possible to leave covid on a pillow I wonder?
Anyway - have a good boxing day whatever you’re doing.
Good morning all. Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas Day.
Mine was quiet, as today will be, too.
I have bathed and dried one of my dogs, so want to get on with clipping her this afternoon, then she will look beautiful again instead of like a neglected stray!
Nothing else planned, just taking it easy and putting me feet up.
