Another busy one for me this morning. I have a list at least one length of A4 and I am still adding to it. I suppose that’s what happens when you work the entire week and then only have the weekend to catch up.
Key issue we have is a great deal of mold in our home, so trying to deal with that constantly is a yearly chore - summer is not so challenging. Looking at quotes to see how much the damage will be for getting it under control. Our home was built in the late 1800s, so very old - think it would be easier to knock it down and start again.
Apart from that the day looks like a long one ahead but I’m ready to take it on.
Hi Swimmy,
Absolutely agree! It’s a constant battle in our home. We have all types of fungi (including small mushrooms) and without fail, it crops up somewhere else once one area has been treated. We have an extractor fan in the bathroom, but the rest of the house has open windows. However, the brick is highly porous and lately, you can simply brush against it, and it crumbles. It’s not in good shape at all.
I HAD thought of using the shampooer, but I’m not exactly sure where my bottle of carpet cleaner is! I could spend the day hunting for it (don’t relish getting more boxes out from the shed, where it’s likely to be.)
Visit to the vet with Fang der Wunderhund, he has been on steroids for the last week due to an allergy, so more steroids with a reduced dosage for another 4 weeks
Is it just me, but why are all my vets Spanish, Binmen English and GPs (remember them?) Asian?
