Good morning all you beautiful people.

My daughter arrived last night complete with car and trailer. Still no idea what the car is other than it is a Suzuki and has a three cylinder 2 stroke engine. I gave her proper instruction on using the choke.

She even washed it (Why? I hear you ask)

She’s at the Suzuki Swarm now after getting up at stupid o’clock to drive the car there.

I just had a walk this morning, picked up a couple of cuttings which I have repotted but that is it for me, by 3D printer is happily buzzing away in the background. What are you up to?

Gee, these pics bring back memories of MANY years ago when I ‘had access’ to one on occasions, it was a work vehicle at a park in the hills. Seem to recall that little 3 cyl motor sounding like a busy bumble bee.

Good morning!
Miserable, dull, cold, grey, wet, and raining …

… which is more or less how I feel

I’ve had a sort of cold on & off for a couple of weeks now; I think it’s getting better then it comes on again
but not so bad that I want to stay in bed all day, just enough to be miserable
Oh well, at least I’m warm and have food in, so I’ll just take it easy and hope things improve

Hi ZD, sounds like you need a hot blonde ( or two ? ) to help get rid of that miserable cold. What do they say ? “Kill or cure” ??

I’m satisfying myself with hot tea & whisky at the moment
I used to do a lot of hiking till I got too fat & old for it, so I have lots of warm clothing

This is really frustrating and annoying – I’m not so bad that I just want to take to my bed and sleep, rather I still want to do something useful, but can’t

So I’m having another attempt at reading a book that’s been on the go for weeks, and watching YouTube videos
I’ve started out watching videos on exploring English countryside and towns, but such is the way of YT that I was presented with videos of people unblocking drains & flooded roads & rivers
These are strangely addictive, and better than a lot of TV
