Starting back on the decorating after a couple of days off…its a small bedroom so should only take a day and a bit. Other than that, nothing of note happening.

Have my little grandson Danny coming to stay over tonight so I’m taking him to a local Italian restaurant for his favourite pizza…taking him home tomorrow and son on law is organising a family party at their house for Halloween so a nice weekend for us all

A very good morning to you all on this wet and windy Saturday.
Just back from walking the dogs and now drying out and warming up with a steaming cappucino. We may have a run out to the B&Q later for a new mirror, and I’ll just be doing a fry up for lunch but no other plans as yet.

Bloody freezing after yesterday only 19’C today so felt chilly of you didn’t keep moving.
Planted some more geranium cuttings for my planned grass replacement, went for my walk then tried out my new petrol powered camping stove.
Not a very exciting Saturday, hope yours is better
Proper wet and windy down here in the Weald. Think it’s a stay at home day. Washing’s on the go so I expect the tumble drier will get a bashing. Hey ho.

I tidied up the garden from all the fallen leaves yesterday, it’s amazing that an hour later it’s covered again!

Rain earlier, but sunny, cooler and breezy now.
Washing out, blowing well, now I’ve got to nip out to Saisnburys for some Chilli powder for the batch I am making for the freezer, then I have a bit of potting up to do in the shed, and that’s about as excitring as it gets today.

Busy day, washing done dried and ironed in spite of torrential rain till mid morning.
Now I am going to do some letter writing.
