Good morning Saturday 2nd April

Good morning all, we have blue sky here, how long will it last?

Off to do our weekly shopping at 7.45am and that’s it for the day.

Have a nice day all.

Unless I am seriously mistaken or confused It’s Saturday.

Still cold but signs of sun and no rain, ground remains saturated though. The sun might come out tomorrow so that’s exciting only have clean clothes for three more days so some laundry needs doing.

Thank gawd Daylight Saving ends tonight, absolutely hate it goes on far too long.

Take care and have a good day

Good morning everybody!

Fairly nice morning here, but still very chilly. Online shopping due this morning, so I’ll just potter around until that arrives, then after I put it away, I’ll go for a wander.

Have a lovely day everyone!

Hi

Good Morning All.

Another frost here and a dull grey sky.

I shall potter round the house, little things need to be done.

Have a good day all.

Good morning everyone :slightly_smiling_face: cold and frosty again .
I have been out with Chloe and am ready for a breakfast of Porridge and Kafir.

Not a lot planned for today, a bit of cleaning maybe and some sewing.
Enjoy your day

Morning all.

Yes just some cleaning for me today, going round with the hoover.

Good morning everyone, a hard frost here again but sunny at the moment so we may be able to sit in the conservatory later.

Back from walking the dogs and having a well earned brew before getting the drawing board out. Eldest daughter is hoping to buy a house but it needs a lot of work, so we are trying to work out a way of changing the internal layout whilst the work is being done to improve the design.

Have a pleasant weekend folks

bright sunny day here, only just got up so no idea how hot it is outside.

What do you mean Muddy? it says Saturday? confused!

Sorry Susie, I did change it from Monday. I had to nip out with the dog quickly and forgot to tell you. My bad, :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Good morning everybody.

Another exciting day for me nursing covid & a broken elbow.

Have a good day all…

I don’t know what day of the week it is, I don’t care what day of the week it is.

Good Morning.
My ex has been taken away for a long weekend by our son and daughter and their partners for a post Mother’s Day present, so I have to drive over to her house to feed Tim the cat and keep him company both today and tomorrow. I may stop at Morrisons on the way and buy one of their hot deli chickens. Tim loves me when I bring chicken.

Thanks Pixie.

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: a cold and frosty morning here.

Pottering around the house today and may do some online shopping.

Enjoy your day folks :slightly_smiling_face:

Good morning all. Still very cold here.

The seedlings in my growhouse are covered with lids and bubble wrap each night as I haven’t got room indoors for all of them. They are surviving, but not as strong as I’d like. The weatherman said it could be - 7 tonight !!! Crazy. :flushed:

Just having some cheese on toast and a cuppa, yummy.

I’ve just woken up from an hour’s nap on the sofa. Think I’m feeling my age, as I want this nap most days now.

A slice of toast and a small coffee later, might take Holly for her lunchtime stroll.

@Jazzi I saw this today…what do you think of it? Mine is content with running about in the garden (she’s older now) but I’m not sure about this “alternative” to walks?

Hmmmm, I think it is usually up to the dog. Holly demands her lunch time walk, (the first in the morning is for toilet), which can be around half hour, for wees and sniffing, and greeting everyone.

Then she might get one around early tea time, and a late one for the toilets. These last two are just around the corner, and short. If I am tired, I leave out the third.

I don’t have a big enough garden (more a court yard) for exercising, though I do try every day to play ball with her indoors.

It’s all very well saying don’t walk your dog every day but most of us won’t have a choice.
