Morning all!
Slightly overcast yesterday. Maybe it will rain? I’m hoping that my neighbor’s music plans get washed out. Monday is Halloween so some people are having parties this weekend.
Got a lot done this week. I’m hoping for a chance to rest and relax this weekend.

Good morning everyone, very wet again.
Feeling really down having seen a senior physiotherapist yesterday about my hips and spine , he basically said nothing much could be done except physiotherapy and pain management, hip replacements would not be suitable .
I am going to spend the day making a cover for Pippins crate 
she really is a sweet little girl when she isn’t biting and hanging on my clothes, that’s a work in progress.
Pip is 15 weeks now …
She is so sweet Meg & I think you know how to teach a dog how to behave as you want them to. All young dogs and cats are too lively, but they usually settle down as they learn the routine. Is that a blue octopus? I may get one for Mr Grey as all he is interested in, on his toy mouse, is the tail. 
Sorry to hear about your spine and hips, but you may be comforted to hear that I have had arthritis in my knees for years & was given pain killers. They did help and allowed me to move without pain, so I stopped taking them after a year, and have now discovered that keeping active helps, so I rarely need pain killers now.
Just try not to do too much and make sure you get some comfortable rest when you can.

Good afternoon good folks! We strolled the canine companions then Ozzie’s mum (Liz) asked to get a few items from the convenience store so another walk. Another bit of exercise - all good. And we managed avoid the rain.
