This morning I’m going to visit www.todmordenmakery.org.uk for a general chat as I’m trying to start a similar community workshop in Burnley
I’ll also have browse round the market, which has some good food & delicatessen stalls
Been raining here. Wondering if it will stop enough for me to get to the allotment. Bought more seed packets yesterday and hope to follow the advice given to plant just anything in a spare part of the bed, to prevent constant weeding.
Good Morning from Foxy’s pile…
No rain for two days…Whoopeeeee! So you can easily get around the puddles on the lane without straying into the nettles and brambles…You still have to watch out for the dog poo though…
Just a two mile walk to the mile post and back this morning as it’s Tesco day and I don’t like to keep Mrs Fox waiting (or I get a tongue lashing)
Off to Cleethorpes later for some lunch at this well known garden centre and perhaps a stroll down the strand…‘With my gloves on my hands’ sorry wrong song…
Kids coming for tea tonight so can’t dilly dally…
I say ‘Kids’…they are both fiftyish’ @Jazzi I’ve bought a bag of bark for the same job…Hope it works…
Heavy rain and thunder forecast later this afternoon. We were planning to go and watch some Scottish football, under the circumstances we’ve decided to visit Stirling for a mooch around and a drink instead.
