Morning folks.
Another cool wet day, really fed up with this La Nina, the ground is so saturated the water cannot drain away. There are pools of water everywhere, breeding grounds for mozzies.
According to BOM La Nina has passed her peak but is refusing to die as Pacific Ocean temps remain elevated - that means more cyclones.
Sneaked out in a break in the rain and thunderstorms to do some shopping but apart from that stayed in the house and tidied up some tables and cabinets.

Another lovely morning bathed in sunshine. I have a busy day…I am off to collect some plants and baskets later on - really looking forward to it!
I also have a shopping coming this morning between 9 & 10, and an Amazon delivery at some point with my jewellery bits & bobs.

Good morning everyone, a beautiful spring morning again here and a pleasure to be alive, long may it continue…
No plans for the day so who knows, I may find time to do absolutely nothing for awhile which is ok for an hour or two but I tend to start looking for a job after that, just a hard habit to break I guess.

Gorgeous weather here too. Its amazing how the sun makes me feel so positive and happy.
The neighbours are building a 6 foot fence today because their 10 month old bulldog keeps jumping the existing fence into our garden and they can’t keep it in. Their dog is always getting into mischief. Not so long ago they took him to the beach and he ate stones which caused a very serious infection and they thought they were going to lose him. He’s fine now .
I’m not sure what breed of bulldog he is but he is very tall with long legs and thick set body. He’s quite intimidating and I am wary of him so I’m glad they are doing the fence.
Taking dad a fish at dinnertime then me and dad going to Mums grave to lay some flowers for Mothers Day.
Meeting a friend for Costa coffee this evening.

I’ve still got so much to do outside, but I have got to go and pick up my new specs from the optician lunchtime, then my son and his partner are coming this afternoon, so best crack on as much as possible this morning.
