Good Morning Saturday 26th August 2023

Morning all!

Weather has been fairly nice the past couple days. I’ve been relaxing and trying to sleep as much as possible. And binge watching a couple tv shows.

It’s another Saturday that I can’t plan until I hear what the neighbor is doing. I might call someone to talk if I have time.

Have a good day everyone.

good morning all ,
Going to Nottingham Castle today, not been since there have been changes .
Have a nice day everyone

Good morning Butterscotch and everyone

Today I have a free day…little Stan is back with his family and going to Harry Potter Land today so doubtless I will hear all about it when he comes visiting next week.

Time in the garden for us if the rain stays away…blimey those weeds are thriving aren’t they…well their time is up…here I come

Have a good day everyone

Good morning!
A bit cloudy, but dry

This morning - a quick tidy, have a shower, nip out to pick up my prescription
Afternoon- first meeting for the proposed Community Workshop

Morning all.

Yes Summer, I too hope to tackle some weeds, at the allotment, as we may have rain later.

It’s that time again… :039: Good morning peeps…
Two miles jogging up the lane first thing seems to be suiting me, I reckon I might be able to run the whole two miles soon, and it still leaves me with enough energy to do stuff throughout the day. Perhaps I’ve been trying to do what I used to do in the past with 15 and 20 milers…

A nice calm morning and the lane was dry, in fact dusty…Went and did the Tesco afterwards but glad I put me jumper on, it seemed to turn cold once I stopped exercising…
No English Apples in the Tesco again, bloody traitors…Sainsbury’s up the road always stocks them though.

Off to a garden centre at Scunny for lunch and then daughter and hubby coming for tea. Or should I say, play with their phones in a different location…
I know what you mean about the weeds Summer…Strange thing is, when all the plants are drooping through lack of water the weeds look so healthy, and if I accidentally catch a plant with my trowel while doing the borders it dies but the weeds don’t…Why is that?
