Good morning Saturday 23rd Oct

Good morning all, cool wind again here but a dry forecast, so no complaints.

Another trip to the tip for me later and we have a voucher for a free Domino’s pizza, so will be having that for lunch with a side salad. Nothing else planned yet, but the day usually sets me a challenge sooner or later to keep me off the streets…

Enjoy your day everyone

Good morning, everyone! Dark, cold, and dry here. Another day of decorating for me…starting the bathroom. It’s an all day job really, since its so small. The kitchen took all week to do, so I’m getting a break. (although I have moments when I wish I’d never started…there’s always another bit to do!) Have a lovely day everybody

Good Morning, Barry, and all who follow.

Just showered and changed after a 5 mile walk along the river bank. Everything is very - very - Autumnal now. Even the ducks had slept in - the quietness was quite creepy in a way.

That nice Mr Sainsbury will be delivering my grocery order - have put my crates out ready. This afternoon I have an interesting ( to me, anyway) parcel to come from Amazon. Something called a ‘Universal Lid’ - fits, allegedly, a lot of different sizes of saucepan/frying pans. Most of my saucepans came with lids - but the frying pans and wok didn’t. Sometimes they can splash bit so these lids seemed like a good idea. Have ordered two - 1 x large, 1 x small. Will have a play and report back.

Have a fun day.

Hi

A dry day forecast, but raining earlier.

A very gray dawn here.

I need to sleep after a series of angina attacks during the night.

The aquarium is looking good with the new lighting sorted, but I need to set the timers properly for day and night.

Have a good day all and stay safe.

Morning all.

I am done with shopping for a bit, so what I would like to do is rearrange everything up in the back bedroom, and take from downstairs most of the dog food, and potatoes, so it’s all in the cool. I don’t heat those two rooms (Behind one door at the landing, which I keep shut.). That job will keep me busy for awhile, especially as maybe I won’t know where to start.

In that room I keep surplus supplies of dog food, toilet and kitchen rolls, and some of my food. No, I am not stock piling, not in that sense.. Just that often it makes sense to buy several of certain items.

A universal lid but you have a large and a small ?

Sorry to hear that. What happens when you have an attack?

Good Morning everyone. WooHoo, Saturday, have fun all. Hope the pizza goes down well Barry and you feel better swimfeeder

I’ve got some test pots for colours to paint the dining room so I ‘m going to paint some patches and see which I like best

A universal lid sounds good Silver Tabby. I have a universal handle because my cooking pots were good quality but the handles worn and wobbly after being tightened so many times. You just clip it on, it’s very good

Have a great one, everybody xx

Good morning one and all. Dry and bright (sort of) in the Weald. Not much on today, activity wise that is :face_with_hand_over_mouth: but I’m sure the words “ that paintwork could do with a clean “ or the like, will echo round the stately home if I start to get comfy. have an uneventful day and stay safe.

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: overcast and chilly….

No plans for the day, definitely staying indoors after an increase of 761 covid cases in Bristol was announced yesterday. I wish they would make masks compulsory again.

Enjoy your day…

Hi

I have a GTN Spray, I take two sprays under my tongue, that should reduce the chest pain.

If not, I take 2 more after 10 minutes, if the pain is still going from my chest down my arm.

If no change, I am sweating and vomiting, it is a heart attack, which means a 999 call, taking 300mg of asprin and some oramorph.

I have unstable angina and my attacks are NSTEMI

https://bestpractice.bmj.com/topics/en-gb/3000113

They do not show up on an ECG, they need a Troponin t test.

I can have multiple angina attacks a day.

Blimey.I’m very sorry to read all that.
I hope your health will improve a s a p.
regards. john.
