Good Morning Saturday 22nd July 2023

Morning all!

Got the watering done :white_check_mark:. The rest of the day was restful binge watching of White Collar. :slightly_smiling_face:

Besides talking to someone on the phone, today will be on hold until I see how my neighbor is behaving. I found out that school starts on the second week of August. My neighbors don’t have school age children but I’m hoping that makes a difference somehow.

Have a good day everyone.

Hello good morning all
Weather it’s a bright start here …
It’s all about the weather at Old Trafford today… and wickets
It’s been exciting.

Off out with dog .

Enjoy your weekend xxx

Morning all,

If I can get into town early enough (about 10,30) I can meet Susie for a coffee. I want the library and to wander in and out of a few shops.

Good morning all ,
Raining here and looks like its in for the day .

When I went down the village in the week I saw at the bottom of a street a Childs Scooter , it looked in good condition ,this morning I look out my window and there it is at the bottom of my garden path, haha
Now who is it that is moving this Scooter round the Streets? any suggestions?
I shall leave it there and hopefully it will go a walk and i see it else where .
As long as a Mattress is not left there next .

Have a good day everyone .

A very good morning from me as I wipe the rain off my specs… :eyes:
Fortunately, it’s a rest day so I only ventured out crossing the car park at Tesco.
Off to a Garden Centre for lunch and then spend some time in the lab working on the light chaser until daughter and hubby arrive for tea…Will catch up with them concerning their new home, that’s if they both put their smartphones down…

Well, I was up and away before this Thread started, and I haven’t yet got the hang of starting one myself, so here I am now

I went to Todmorden to visit a community workshop -
www.todmordenmakery.org.uk

I’ve been there a few times over the past couple of weeks with a view to starting something similar where I live, in Burnley, but it’s early days yet

There are similar workshops around the country, such as Men’s Sheds and Repair Cafes, with pros & cons for each, but the exact form the Burnley will take has yet to be decided; we shall see
