I’ve spent most of the day trying to pair the phone with the laptop to back up photos, and guess which was the quickest method? Transferring everything from internal to SD card storage. Gah!! All done now. I might remove the card before Monday (yes the battery is in the shop now waiting for me to go in), just in case.
I just free them from the webbing, wash them, let them dry over night so they crisp up well in the oven, then add whatever seasoning I fancy. Have previously done some in honey and and cinnamon - they were delicious!

I’m copy pasting this onto a text file so I can try some too when I get a pumpkin. never thought of using the seeds…yet I buy them to eat anyway…as if they are different somehow
