I shall be marooned with both roads closed to traffic immediately in front and behind my home … nah I can escape on foot … crossing the road might be tricky

It has been a wet night, but now brightening up.
I need to do a bit of housework today, I need to get moving again.

Found myself planning a trip in my camper for later in the month, My daughter and her hubby are on Phillip Island at the MotoGP so I decided that if they can brave the forces of nature afflicting Melbourne this weekend I need to get out myself.
Might spend a night in Sydney next week, I have the keys to my son’s apartment while he is off cruising for three months. He’s just arrived in Thailand.

Just been pottering about today. Have an appt at 1pm for a hair cut, so don’t want to get into anything time consuming, or shopping. Finished putting my meds into the day strips, shredded the labels, and put boxes into the bag for the recycling bin.
Just showered. Will dress and then think about main meals for the next day or so, have a rummage in the freezer. I have some chips left over from yesterday’s fish lunch so might crack an egg, or find a burger.

Having a rubbish heart day , creeping around but managed to sort the dogs who come first.
What a strange night, poor Chloe got me up at 2am and there was constant heavy aircraft going over slowly, a load of stuff going to Ukraine maybe.
I need to make some cakes for the children to take tomorrow other than that an easy day …
