Good morning, a bit cloudy at the moment, I think the sun will be out soon.
Off out into Town this morning, as usual strolling around the shops.

Good morning Susie etc al, overcast here too and a dry forecast again, but we could really use some rain now for the garden…
Off to the forest with the hound shortly and then, after a brew, I’ll be making a big lasagne for the freezer.

Susie, thanks a bunch, I am already home and have had some sleep.
Absolutely brilliant situation to find myself in.
It is the little things that count, the ability to make myself a coffee, at any time of the day or night.
The ability to drink that coffee from a porcelain mug, not a plastic one as being 70 year old I may drop it.
The really important ability to be able to sit here without someone on the hour, every hour, asking if you have opened your bowels.
Small things, but important to a normal life.

Was a scorcher yesterday. So far a bit cooler today so I’m hopeful.
Nothing planned except talking to my favorite person on the phone later in the day.
I’m hoping for a relaxing day.
