Good morning and welcome to forum follies.
It was a warm night, hard to sleep, the temperature didn’t fall below 25° and it is humid. The low from Cyclone Kirrily (of over a week ago) is now heading south to NSW and should bring some rain and cooler temperatures over the next couple of days (It is much needed in my area)
My kids took me to a new Indian Restaurant yesterday for lunch, it wasn’t bad either, but must remember it is BYO next time.

after our heatwave of 10 deg its about to drop to 5 deg by Wednesday and possible snow
our turn will come for 30 deg, maybe

Ten point something on the thermometer this morning so out came the shorts and running shoes and set the fastest time this year over the three mile route down by the canal. Although I couldn’t run all the way, I managed to put in some quite speedy (for me) bits.
A more relaxed pace will take me down to the Tesco about a mile away for a few bits and a Valentine’s card and chocolates for Mrs Fox…Don’t tell her though…
