Good morning all, May the fourth be with you (well, someone had to say it 
)
Typical Monday morning, no walk this morning for two reasons, it is coffee and cake morning and it was raining! So actually not so typical 
but we did need the rain after April’s almost total lack. Just over 3mm fell overnight and this morning.
Coffee and cake was great, everyone was there, so sickies, no excuses. Had a good morning. Picked up 3L milk at the supermarket on the way home.
Not so sure how the rest of the day will pan out, this rain is supposed to disappear by this arvo, so might get some jobs done outside eventually.
Still looking for those USB A to C adapters, I have absolutely no idea where I have put them and am beginning to suspect that I will need to buy another pack of them. So annoying.

Morning all – very heavy rain overnight and today is cloudy with yet more rain forecast – of course it is after all it is a Bank Holiday!
No doubt as soon as you order the new USB adaptors, the others will turn up Bruce!
My cleaner was supposed to be coming today but I told her as it is a Bank Holiday I don’t mind if she wants to give it a miss – I know she has family who I am sure she would like to spend the day with – so I will be doing the cleaning myself today
Finished my book yesterday, will be starting a new one this afternoon!

Morning all from a overcast and rainy Olden, Norway.
Weather isn’t brilliant, went up Loen mountain, it was clear by the time we got up, and a blizzard when we got back. Not sure how my pics will come out ad my camera doesn’t really like grey flat light. Currently sat eating the entire supply of Norwegian cinnamon buns, which are gorgeous.

Yes I know it’s a Monday but somehow I keep thinking it’s a Sunday. These Bank Holidays can be very confusing! 
Just popped over the road to the Indian grocery to pick up my supply of fresh chillies. The delivery has been delayed until tomorrow, well worth waiting for. I was loathe to return empty handed… I didn’t
Just stuff to do at home today which is nice.
Being content is good enough

Good Afternoon Everyone… 
Suns just appearing after a cold grey start to the day. My thin gloves just didn’t hack it today and my hands were in serious need of warming up when I got home.
Bumped in to ‘Mark the Boiler’ doing his training for a future 10k, had a nag with him for a while and then had to jog to get warm. ‘Mark the Boiler’ fitted my combi boiler back in 2016 and came to service it each year until he retired.
Miami F1 on the recorder waiting to be watched, and world championship snooker going on today so plenty to watch on the telly…But first, the last panel to dismantle while it’s fine, and the forms for my over seventies licence renewal are waiting to be filled out. It could be a long job when I tick the box for pacemaker and defibrillator…It opens up a whole new questionnaire…
