It turned out to be a huge storm on New Year’s eve. There was no music playing and limited fireworks. Besides the noise of the storm, it was very quiet.
Today is a holiday. I hope it’s a peaceful one.

Had a lovely day at our daughter’s house yesterday and had fun playing games on their old Wii, followed by a very tempting buffet.

What crazy weather we are having .
My sister is poorly , it is very worrying.
A&E is a nightmare at least 40 trolleys with people waiting for hours …many on oxygen or in great pain.
If the government want to fix something this year let it be the NHS . Everyone is affected by its failing state… patients , their families, doctors ,nurses & domestics staff.

I’ve got a bit ahead of myself and made a start on some spring cleaning.
I don’t make resolutions but it’s a good time of year to have a bit of a purge 
Afternoon good people. My dear wife is not very well so walked with me and the dog - about an hour. I had a wee chat with Ozzie’s mum and my wife sent me with a Risotto for the lady. She is not able to get around so we do what we can for her.
Sending get well wishes to Ripple’s sister, and Besoeker’s missus. And anyone else who is poorly.

Thank you kindly Jazzi and Kazz. Yes, the Hill Side Blues, but we are fortunate with the lovely neighbours we have here. They all asked about my wife.
