Good morning Monday 28th March

Happy Monday everyone!

Got a task done on Sunday, so feeling happy about that for the moment.

The weather has cooled down with overcast skies.

Planning on eating some soup and rice later. Other than that, I’ll play it by ear.

Have a great day!

Good morning all, dull and miserable here.
Not going out today.
Feeling achy all over my body today, I think its the way I sleep, must get the painkillers out.
Have a nice day all.

Yet another overcast and coolish day, it might have sneaked up to 25°, currently raining but it held off enough this morning for me to get in my walk and do some not very successful shopping.

BOM reckons there is no end in sight for this wet weather. The escarpment is completely hidden by cloud, really fed up with this Summer/Autumn. My shoes and socks seem permanently wet the ground is so saturated.

Hope you have better weather.

Morning everyone.

Glad we are over the time change and meal times can return to normal.

If all the cars outside move, giving me enough space, I might try running and moving the car, see how it is. I will have to get it to a garage at some point, as I can’t rely on it now, second time going into limp mode.

Good morning everybody!

Chilly but sunny here…I have one clock in the kitchen which I haven’t switched over yet, so in old time its quite early still. I’m busy this morning with work stuff, then pottering in the garden later on.

Have a lovely day everyone!

Good morning everyone, overcast and cool here but forecast to brighten up later :sunglasses:

Done the Tesco shop earlier and just back now from taking Rosemary for her booster jab, so having a well earned brew before doing anything else. Our eldest daughter is still house hunting so we may have a couple of hours on the internet trying to find somewhere suitable for her.

Have a pleasant day folks

Good morning everyone

Looking overcast this morning but I will be outside in the garden anyway as I bought a shredder yesterday and I can’t wait to try it out.

Gorgeous weekend with family…hope everyone had fun… family are everything aren’t they. Have a good day all

Morning all

Well, after a wonderful week off, I’m back at work. It’s very quiet today so I’m playing on my works computer.

I finish at 11.30am so I’ll nip hope for some lunch then up to Dads. I’m a bit worried as he had a bit of a funny turn on Saturday which I think was diabetes related as his sugar level was a bit high. I’m going to take his blood sugar again when I get to his house this afternoon and if it’s still high I’m going to contact the doctor. He was fine yesterday and this morning when I phoned him but I’m going to ring all the same just to be on the safe side. It wasn’t super high but higher than normal. When he felt a little unwell his heart rate was high at the same time although his blood pressure was fine. His heart rate was back to normal yesterday. He has the blood pressure of a 20 year old!

Dad has only a tiny bit of vision left in one eye, the other one completely blind and I’ve noticed his ‘good’ eye is deteriorating fast which is very worrying.

I plan on making some more Easter treat gifts for my friends later this afternoon, also practising making wool dogs. I made one yesterday but it was my first attempt and a bit crap. Il

Enjoy your day all…by the way, it’s raining here today…what a contrast to last week!

Love me x

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: it is a cool 6°C here but sunny. Making the most of today as rain is forecast for tomorrow.

Ironing and Vacuuming is the order of the day.

Enjoy your day folks…. :slightly_smiling_face:

Good morning everyone  the sun is just trying to come out.

I am off to Physiotherapy shortly , it isn’t helping and is gobbling up my savings but I will persevere a bit longer. I am still doing exercises 3 times a day on my own.

I might cut the lawns when I come back before the cold wet weather arrives.

Dropping the car off soon for a garage to keep it and have a look. Hoping they definitely find a problem for it going into limp mode. Will have to get a cab home. Too far to walk, and no buses.

Garage says their computer has flagged up a battery issue, so they are replacing that this afternoon. Once they have completed another computer check they will ring when ready, but unlikely to collect today, if they call 15 minutes before they close, as hinted. A bill of £205 is expected.

We’ve just read our gas and lecky meters. :scream: I dread to think what the results of that will be when V enters the readings on line.
