Morning all!
Neighbors played their “music” again on Sunday. I didn’t report it, but it blew out any schedule I might have had.
I’m now trying to catch up on sleep. Monday will be self care Monday as it so often is. Feeling tired of the whole thing. I’m hoping the weather will be nice sleeping weather.

Youngsters renting on other side of NfH are moving out, by the looks of things. The young girl renting out the house (now travelling the world) has advertised it for rent. Don’t know if they are moving out of their own accord or otherwise. I just hope my neighbours don’t wheedle their way into the new tenants’ affections and get them onside. I want people who will see through them and equally complain.
Good Morning from Foxy’s World… 
Just two steady miles this morning because my ankle has swelled up again. I might have got it wrong about the gout as It seems to be a tendon that is inflamed. Going for blood tests later in the week so that might explain whether it’s gout or not.
Not going out today, kids and dogs everywhere…!
Good day all family visitors just gone and im having a rest . Went out every day which im not use to ,
yesterday after the Village show we went to a Garden Centre , just 3 miles from me , and I bought flower seeds for next year and 3 Shrubs . …
