I’ve been catching up on my sleep after Saturday’s neighbor disruption.
They were making assorted noises on Sunday but not blasting noise.
Unexpectedly, I called a store to get a refund for expired food I got in my last delivery. It was more than I expected so now I have a tiny splurge fund.
I’m also trying to program one of my apps to help during the next police call. It’s always such a stressful time.
Still recovering today. Any plans are tentative. I’m encouraged by the food refund though.
A very good morning from Foxy’s world…
Thunderstorms and heavy (I mean Heavy) rain during the night left the lane looking like a new branch of the Sheffield to Keadby canal…
Undaunted, I pulled up me shorts, laced up the running shoes and stepped out into the gentle rain that was was slowly clearing away revealing some blue sky on the horizon.
It only took half a mile before my feet were soaking wet. I had a choice…Either get nettled to death trying to avoid a puddle the size of lake Windermere, or splash through…I chose the latter…But still got nettled later…
All in all, it turned out to be a good walk and I added a bit extra to make it 4 miles…
A couple of Sudoku’s are staring at me across the table, so I’ll do those while thinking how best to utilise my day…
A quick walkbefore the groomer arrived then the wee girl has a trim and washed. She, the groomer, does it beautifully. Then my reighbour gets his little Apso’s gets next. Very convenient - and not far to go.
Good afternoon ,
I learnt today that a Teacher from my last year in school when I was 10 died earlier this Month , He formed the choir to which i was part of and was 1 of 3 Choirs i was in through my life , .
Singing was a Joy in my life that he started way back 60 year ago .He is the only Teacher I remember , and I wished I could have thanked him for the happy year in his class, I sometimes called him Dad ,I know Im not the only one that will pay Tribute to him , He was liked by all .
Thank you Mr Gibby .
