More partying at the neighbor’s yesterday. From what I can tell, they started partying at 4:30 in the afternoon and went on until 5:30 the next morning on Saturday. They started again at 2:30 pm Sunday afternoon. Do they sleep?!
It’s taking all my energy just to deal with the noise. Hopeful this nonsense is over for the week.
I’m slowly taking my new pens and paper out. Maybe I’ll get to play with them soon.
good morning all ,
It seems like a better day , Sun is out and we have blue skies ,
Yesterday we went a walk along a gated road , there was a sign at the first and last gate stated we must keep to the Road as the field either side was not there for our enjoyment !, there was no fencing and there had been cattle in the field previous , because we had to dodge the Cow pats on the road .
The sign gave the impression we were transported back to Victorian age and we was walking on the Aristocrats land and we were the mare peasants…
It was a nice walk which was about half a mile , and we did see others walking it .
It was lined with Lime Trees …
Good morning from Foxy’s gaff…
The postponed tour of Sykehouse went ahead this morning under cloudy skies and gentle breezes. The roads were dry and quiet, so I set a reasonable pace, and was back in the house for about 8:15am. We have just had one mother of a thunderstorm, and I’m glad I wasn’t out in that. One of the compensations of going early…
A relaxing day planned (they all seem to be relaxing these days) with just a walk down to the pharmacy for my prescription once the rain stops.
It looks like the grounds of some big ouse’ Eliza, nice for walking though…
@OldGreyFox it looked that way , but not a big house in sight even the public footpaths had strong worded signs that crossed from one side to another …Although it was gated it was open when we walked through ,no cattle or sheep .but those lime trees were of an old age so makes me wonder if it belonged at sometime to gentry. it led to a village not an House .
