Good morning Monday 17th January

Morning all. Will do second post.

Off to see a little puppy just after lunch, belonging to one of the ladies from the coffee group. Be interesting to see how her huge hairy dog behaves with it, lol. Be little and large, methinks.

Thanks Barry, did I make a mistake in the date?

More hot and humid but at least no rain today.

Visited friends, did some shopping, what an exciting life.

have a good one

Good morning Jan, Bruce and everyone else to come later.

A slight frost here first thing but the sun is up now so bodes well for the rest of the day… :sunglasses:

Just back from Tesco’s and grabbing a brew before we bathe the dogs ready for us to clip them tomorrow but no other plans yet.

Enjoy your day folks

p.s. Yes @Jazzi , but no big deal only a typo, fixed now. :+1:

Morning everyone, chilly here today, but sunny and blue (ish) sky.

I’ve got the dog bed in the wash, cos we’re going to store it away for now. Poor Connie, at nearly 14, is no longer able to climb into our cars and she’s far too heavy to lift, so that chapter’s over now. We won’t be bringing her round here anymore, but instead will pop up and see her a couple of times a day and take her for a short walk. All she wants to do is sleep anyway, so I don’t think she’ll particularly miss the company. Feeling sad though

Enjoy your day whatever you’re up to

Thanks @Barry, I think I added a 5 on the date, for good measure, lol.

Good morning everybody! Busy day today :astonished:

House inspection this morning, and if all goes to plan, signing up for the new place.

Then whisking the dog to the vets at 3 because she has a few little cysts on her back which have changed colour and texture, and I want them looked at - no photo diagnosis thanks very much…please examine them

Have a lovely day everyone

Good Morning all
Black ice and freezing fog here just now - and I have to go out! Finally managed to prize a code out of the NHS so I can collect some home testing covid kits. All our local pharmacies are out of stock so I will have to go into town and collect them from Boots. Not trip I wanted to make today!

Stay safe.

Morning all, cracking morning here, cold and frosty, really notice the lighter mornings now, now that Winters here, is spring anything if but not far behind. Enjoy

Good morning everybody.

I’m going to a carers meeting for Alzheimer’s today. It’s just re started after lockdown & it will be interesting to chat to other people with the same problems as myself. I won’t feel quite so alone…

Daughter Sue is coming to go a walk with Tony while I’m gone there. They may call in at the pub. Well, Tony hopes they’ll call at the pub!! lol

Have a good day all.

In my previous post I forgot to mention that I made four banger and mash meals for future eating. They are in the freezer as I speak and am now down to having a mere three Christmas sausages left over.

This news has probably turned your day from one of mundane drudgery into one of unbridled excitement so go get it tigers!

If you’re looking for ideas @Bruce then just slap them on a sandwich, the perfect supper with a cold beer… :+1:

The trouble with that Barry is that I could go to Bunnings for a sausage sizzle.

Don’t worry they will get used

Good morning all, another bright but frosty start to the day.

Not going to do a lot today, other than the usual chores, then nipping along to M & S perhaps.
I bathed one of the dogs yesterday, so she ought to be clipped today really, but we’ll see.

Have a nicde day folks.

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: another cold and frosty morning here.

Another day of pottering around, I’m sure I will find something interesting to do.:slightly_smiling_face:

Have a good day folks……

As it turned out, not remotely a good morning or day.
Tasked with a new assignment at work today, one which will see me heavily snowed under for possibly weeks on end…Yay (not) :anguished:
