Good morning all out there, still cool and damp here, no real rain just another 1.5mm overnight.
Monday coffee and cake morning, it is getting an age problem with people not turning up because of age or illness, I don’t know how long it can go on for. It is a bit sad.
When I came home I booked an appointment on Wednesday for a “Body Scan Nuclear Medicine” (just quoting off the form). I had one a year or so ago looking for my cancer to have metastasised (right word?), this is an encore performance. I go in on Wednesday morning, apparently I have to have an injection then wait a couple of hours before going into the machine.
I am starting to collect bits and pieces for my trip next month so will start loading up the car and camper. I have a list!
Still on our cruise and just docked at Greenock and a coach trip to Edinburgh to look around the castle. Weather is a gloomy grey, looking to rain later.
Oh no! And the reason you are there so long doesn’t exempt you in any way?
Swimmy, send me the name of the GP, and I will personally face shame him.
On second thought, if he’s that callous, you should be looking for another GP who respects the term, “First, do no harm”. Second, find one that will help you.
