A much cooler start to the day.
Monday means Doctors Rounds, the NHS does not work weekends.
As I have moved wards it means a new consultant, all good fun.
Plan will be the same as usual, get back home.

Morning everyone! Storms raged all last night, very exciting 
Its still dark and raining now and much cooler.
No plans - having a gas boiler safety check at some point, so I’ll have to wait in for that.
Swimmy, fingers crossed you are home today!

Humid again last night. I am not enjoying this heat at all. Presently sitting in the garden with a fair bit of p&q. No music (yet!), just the dogs over the back being noisy.
Good morning to you all!
It was a sweltering night with the morning feeling fresher and bearable.
Have to venture out again today to buy more school clothes. Have already spent a fair bit but still have shoes and trainers as the last items, so not out of the woods yet.
Continue to enjoy regular trips to the local gym (air conditioning). There is minimal change on the scale, but more of a change in my silhouette. Clothes now very loose and have surpassed comfortable phase, so moving in the right direction.

Morning all, just thinking that it must very worrying for those people that have dumped bodies in reservoirs.
