Hoping our weather has calmed down so I can get out to the wool shop I need, near the town centre. Bit of a walk, which is why I am waiting for the winds to ease. And then continue down that long road as I need the library.

A busy morning already. 2 loads of washing done, Rat Man came to take his bait boxes away (all looks peaceful again), 3 important phone calls seen to, and now got to get Gertie to the vets for 11.30, so must dash. 
Morning everyone, late here because I’ve had a couple of urgent repair jobs to do. Nice sunny day though after a frosty start, which will be welcome this afternoon as we are looking at a couple of properties with eldest daughter, who is still trying to find somewhere to buy.

a lovely morning but chilly.
Waitrose order put away and stir fry vegetables prepared for lunch I am going to clean the windows made blotchy by yesterday’s wind and rain.
I am very cross with Parcel Forces who charged £6.78 for a deliver of beans and pulses due yesterday which never arrived. I rang yesterday evening and was assured the items would arrive before 7pm instead they took them back to the depot. Still no sign of them today grrr…

I was desperate for a good nights sleep so took some knock out pills last night.
Tony woke me up with coffee & toast at 11.30 bless him. I then had a little nod again & now finally up.
I think we are going a walk to the next village this afternoon & a drink in our favourite pub.
No other plans.

Got my hair cut this morning. She’s made a right mess of it this time around. That’s strike 1. If it happens again, I’m looking for another hairdresser.
