Oh dear what a shame one is not allowed to start a day with a bit of light hearted humour to brighten the day up.

The fireworks have started early here so I’ve taken the washing in before it smells of smoke!
Been busy this afternoon making mince pies for the freezer for my daughter and myself.
don’t get many around here thank goodness, thinking about pets in particular
Not been such a good day for us. Usually the dogs are fine. We have Ozzie on the lead, it isn’t our dog, but Max did a runner. We put him on the lead before just before we to the usual gate. The next few yards are on to the main road. He did stop but that was a bit concerning. Later we had to go to the pharmacy. We called them to ensure that our meds ready. They were. It’s a pretty good stroll for us and the dog but that’s good for us. We got to the shop. It was closed. No sign to indicate that despite that they told us that our meds were ready. Eventually somebody opened the door and told us that the pharmacist could be there in two hours time.
I was not a happy bunny.

Glad Max was ok though.
Thank you kindly, PK. We will go again tomorrow. The medication is for Max and tomorrow is his last dose.
