Still overcast and very un-summery with temps in the low/mid 20s, it’s OK but I wish the sun was out more, it was lovely early while on my walk but then it clouded over.
As I say, went for my walk as usual this morning then spent the rest of the morning flying my drone and testing out my new heliport
I experimented with a feature which allows you to preplan a flight and was quite successful (for a beginner). The drone took a tour of the local catholic church and school (it is school holidays). Videos it took are as boring as batshit but a good learning experience. The route is stored so it can be repeated exactly at any time. Does things like turn the camera on and off, points camera at a specific point and hovers for a set period, it was all quite interesting to do.
That is just about the morning taken care of, I wonder what the arvo will bring.
Bright and sunny here on the south coast, but also bitterly cold. Just about to go for my daily walk, come back and go to do some shopping, including changing my cash back I took with me to NY. May be meeting up with my sister-in-law later and that usually means I’m buying all the coffees later.
