It was a wonderfully quiet Thanksgiving.
I got Google Play pass on a Black Friday special. I’m using it to put stuff on my new tablet.
Today I’m waiting for my tablet and laptop and starting in on my new grocery order.

Yesterday was not a good day, had to stay in bed most of the time.
Today is better, already up and about.
Amazon have been letting me down recently, I am hoping they improve today.
We are forecast the first bad frost tonight, ainter will definitely be here.

Yesterday I handed over a return to Amazon in the post office. Today I got an email saying they had processed my refund. Good service, IMO.
Not doing anything today. I reckon the last few days have been hectic enough. I’m tired, anyway.
I must get moving soon, Holly will want her walk and I’ve not had breakfast.

Hellish cold this morning, but a very comfortable 3 mile walk. Did it the opposite way round this morning to avoid the school…What with cars parked on the kerb and doors suddenly been flung open, groups of kids and parents taking up the whole footpath so I have to step onto the busy road to avoid being trampled…You take your life in your hands to go anywhere near the school at 8:30am…By the time I returned after doing the lions share of the walk, all the little treasures were safely in school and the street was deserted.
Mrs Fox has just had a meltdown trying to ring the Doctors. How many times does she have to tell them that WE DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE! But they insist on asking for detailed communication on a clamshell. In the end she told them to “do one” and will visit the surgery in person…Stand by for world war three…
I know the score - I avoid phones. I think the last time I used mine was at least six months ago.
I only use mine for emergencies Bes, the smartphone I got to use for the drone camera has gone back in the drawer. I just refuse wasting time fiddling with the bloody thing…
I used to travel a lot on business and, in truth, I did use my phone rather a lot for that. But that was ten years ago.
I know what you mean Bes. I first got a mobile when I was self employed as a courier, needed it for jobs but I keep it on now just for emergencies. My mobiles have never been able to access the internet though, for that, I like to sit comfortable at home and use this laptop.
