Thought I’d make an effort to start this thread before I turn in, so Good morning all. 
The day is yet young - 0nly 20 mins old in fact, so who knows what will happen yet, but let’s just hope whatever does, is enjoyable.

Still morning here on a wet, cold winters day. Definitely fed up with rain, I have always preferred the drought.
Took my car in for its 100000km service, having my kids visiting was great as they picked me up and took me back for the car so I didn’t have to sit around while it was serviced however they are both going home today.
Looks like another day spent mostly indoors keeping out of the rain.

morning 11 am here - just finished having breakfast with the oldies at the OPC - wot a frightening experience but they are handy for a few things!

Cooler today - and rain due late afternoon - thankfully no storms.
Going shopping with a friend - not sure of the destination. She is in need of clothes and suitcases for two planned cruises!

Good morning all
4 am, the hospital day has started, with those on 4 hourly observations being woken up for blood pressure checks etc.
I am hoping that today I can have my IV lines taken down, give myself a bit of a clean up and even be allowed to sit up on the edge of the bed with my feet touching the floor
When they say bed rest they mean it.
If I can do that I can then start planning my escape.
I am still in isolation, but being able to move round my room would be great, it has stunning views of the South Shropshire Hills.

Gastroenteritis, lost a lot of fluids and electrolytes, causing my kidneys to stop working and my heart to slow down.
It’s a bit of a palaver as I don’t like being in hospital.
thats’s bad at all ages but especially babies and elderly - pecker up buddie!

Morning all, cooler, overcast and drizzle here at the moment but forecast to dry up a little later.
No plans other than a couple of odd jobs so may try and catch up on some paperwork this afternoon.

Today off to the hospital for and eye checkup then bit later off to the DR’s because they want a blood sample, why I have no Idea . Maybe they want to store it incase I ever need a blood transfusion. Reminds me of the Tony Hancock sketch " they want me to give a pint of blood, that is almost an armful"

a lot cooler today, a pleasant 20°C after the heatwave.
Not a lot planned for the day, I need to dead head some of the plants and pull out a few weeds.

Well no change in eye condition thank goodness having just been for examination at the hospital . Just the Dr’s now for the blood sucker to stab me to get some of that red stuff out of me

Just b ack frolm Dr’s, she took so much blood out of my left arm I can’t now keep it down. I look so stupid walking around with one arm up in the air

Afternoon all.
Sitting in garden, hoping my neighbours like my choice of music from the iPad. Heh heh.
Been busy today. Hoovered, changed bed. Showered. Went to Asda. Had McD apple pie and McFlurry. Home to walk dog. Hung washing out.
Just had a cuppa, then will go in and feed dog.
