It was another restful day of sleep 
. I’m happy to get the rest.
It would be nice to get something done but I’m not pushing it. There’s enough other stuff going on in the background.

A few errands in town this morning - bank, library and a couple of shops
Then back home in the afternoon, probably catching up with letters & emails.

Blood test this morning for iron level check. Nothing dramatic.
Then back to the retail park maybe. I missed a few shops yesterday as Holly was ready for collection from the groomer.

It has just started raining again, I think the summer here has ended, we are forecast heavy rain all day tomorrow.
Last day of term here, so the school run will not be blocking everyone in until the autumn term.
My helpers are away at a wedding for the weekend, so I am having an agency in, stupidly expensive.

Morning everyone for Foxy’s quiet gaff… 
Mrs Fox has just gone orf for her morning walk… 
Bin and done me 4 mile jog/walk and collected a waif and stray along the way…Young woman came running past so I accompanied her for a mile until I ran out of breath and had to walk…
Was a time… 
Not a good weather forecast for the rest of the day so I’ll see what’s cooking in the workshop after I’ve caught up with yesterday’s Tour-de-France.
Afternoon all.
Went and did our weekly shopping this morning, came back put it all away, waited for the Dustman to come and collect our bin, put that away, then did some hand washing, put outside on the line, now dry and put away. Then went for a little walk on my own for about 1/2 hr then came back and sat on the bench at the Sea Wall, came indoors and prepared my dinner, all set to cook it now.
Its now clouding over, most likely rain this afternoon.
