Good morning! Canāt believe its October already! Its chucking it down outside in the usual Scottish manner, cars slooshing up water onto the pavementā¦I just hope I donāt get too soaked when out with the dog. No plans for the day yet, but first, breakfast. Have a lovely day everybody!

We walk them most days even if itās raining but not if itās hammering down, itās not just us that donāt want to go, we canāt even get them out of the door, even with their coats on!

Morning all.
Our forecast is light rain showers and a fresh breeze, but looks like a low percentage chance of rain, thankfully. Neither Holly nor I like being out in the wet, or the wind. Itās been rather unpleasant this past day or so.
I love a good storm, and am very lucky that Holly is unfazed by them. I have even walked her near fireworks and she is not bothered.
No plans for me today.
Oh, forgot to say, am booking the train to get to Barryās place, in time to sample all his cooking!! Sounds wonderful.

Actually its lovely and sunny here right now but as I live quite close to Tabby Iāll expect storms later.
Iām meeting with some builders laterā¦you know those endangered species type peopleā¦well they are where I live.

Morning everyone, another dull, rainy day, but itās supposed to be clearing later, and we may even get some sunshine 
Iām going to have an indoorsy type of day today, with some pootling about, mainly in the craft room 
@carol Iām pleased to hear your trapped nerve is improving x
@Barry Iām envious of your pies - Iām off pies at the moment, trying to shift some of the excess pounds. Havenāt made pastry or cakes for ages, and Iām missing them

Good morning everyone, blustery showers and everywhere is wet.
I am waiting for Waitrose and it is the first āno bagā day where the order has to be unloaded onto a table in this instance in my garage.
I have a couple of health issues at the moment so I am not able to get on the computer much, I will catch up when I am better (itās not Covid thank goodness )

A rather damp start this morning but not cold. Had a jab booster reminder so will have to chase that up later have a good day all.

Our weather forecast wasnāt all that accurate. It certainly was raining! Hoping it will have passed by the time of our next walk, usually around 1. Holly has the right idea, snuggled in her bed.
Feel sorry for my sister and her families, down in Devon. She has already complained about the weather (though having a warm caravan) and fortunately are making their way home today. I just thought it rather silly, booking for Devon, in September.
Having a lazy day, apart from silly little jobs. Have updated my cash book, with credits and debits. Descaled the kettle.
Lashing down again this morning but now the sun is out. Still blowing a gale though.
