Yikes, it’s Friday already. Where did the week go? The holiday here threw me off probably.
Not much going on yesterday. It was nicely overcast for weather.
No plans again today.

I need to be staying home to await the visit from the boiler engineer. At least it’s still under warranty so I shouldn’t have to pay.

I woke up at 3am with severe abdominal pain that felt like I have a kidney stone. I really hope it isn’t that as last time I had one it caused sepsis and I spent a month in hospital. Not good memories from that and I wouldn’t want to go through that again.

Typical high pressure weather - clear, no wind, very cold, with a heavy frost and ice on the cars and the road
Clear sky earlier, but it’s clouding over now - I wonder if we’ll have snow later?
I have food in so I don’t need to go out
Besides, I’m expecting a parcel delivery, so I’ll be staying in for that
EDIT - Yes, it’s snowing; not very heavily, but snowing nevertheless

Butter, my neighbour has cheekily put up a post on a local social media site, asking for people to help fund his funeral!! If he ever gets to mention it to me (but I doubt it) I will start off by saying what a brave thing he’s done. Brave in that they drive around in an almost new car, have many parties, at one time had a quad bike, have an inflatable hot tub in the garden, and a fire pit. And I’m not supposed to know this but by the end of this month they will have taken on a pedigree puppy.
He mentions he has stage 2 progressive MS and no insurance company will touch him. Well, I can think where he can start those savings…

Good Morning from Foxy’s World… 
Only minus 1 C this morning as I headed off for my walk/jog…Positively exotic!
It seems to be warming up now as all the frost is melting, and the forecast says it will get up to 14 degrees C over the weekend…But the bad news is…Plenty of strong winds and rain.
The lane is still off limits then…
