Another day of getting lots of sleep yesterday. 
The stress from the neighbors is weighing on me more than I realized.

I have recently started as a volunteer at a local community centre
They offer advice; have reduced price & second hand clothes, especially school uniforms; a cafe which is closed at the moment as the kitchen is being refurbished; and a subsidised shop
I have started working in the shop; it is not a food bank where the items are free but you must be referred by a doctor, social worker etc
It is a shopping club and anyone can join by paying £5 pa and then £4 per visit when you can choose up to 12 items, so that is about 33p per item
They have fresh fruit & veg, canned & packet items, frozen & chilled, and non food
These are overstocks & short dated items from supermarkets & other suppliers
There is a reasonable range & choice of items; not as much as a full blown supermarket, but quite enough to be useful
There are several shops around the country
I’m just doing a morning, no plans for the afternoon

Garden watered, at least the back, already hot and high pollen count.
My stats are great, a huge improvement, 99%Oxygen and 49 pulse.
Still very unstable legs, but life is so much better now.

good morning all,Ive been busy feeding the garden this morning , something I tend to forget , So those that flower have had a dose of Miracle grow .
Its been too hot to walk the dog , so im hoping for some cooler weather this evening , not that she needs walking a lot , shes 12 sleeps most of the day but does enjoy her walk when she gets out . last weekend walk we noticed a difference , the heat got to her and at one point she was carried a short way .
@zuludog seems like a worthwhile job , good for you hope you enjoy it ,

Spent over 9 hours at the hospital yesterday after Mrs Fox had a fall on Sunday, didn’t get to see our GP until Wednesday and he recommended that she goes for an x-ray, and call in at A&E for an assessment while we were there. X-ray done and dusted by 12:30 pm and made our way to a very crowded A&E. She got a clean bill of health but after blood tests, CT scans, and a plethora of other tests, we didn’t get out until 10:30 pm.
Who knew there was a Doctors strike?
Glad MRS Fox is ok , Think i heard some NHS staff down London was going on strike, best not to get ill anymore cause nothing is like it was .
Also it might pay you to go to a less used smaller Hospital, thats what i did last year and was seen in an Hour when i broke my Leg, Xrayed , Boot and Crutches , walked out . before my son got home , he had to turn right round and come get me .
You must be on household duty now , make sure you keep everything spic and span…

Thanks Eliza, that sounds like a good idea about the smaller hospital, and there is one in the group at Mexborough, but lets hope there isn’t a next time or else my shirts are never going to get ironed…
