Bit of a late start to the thread. There was/is a big storm Wednesday night that had me preoccupied.
Today’s plan is hoping for better weather to get some sleep.

the sun is breaking through the clouds after a drizzly morning, quite mild out too.
I have risked hanging the washing on the line, hope it will dry somewhat in the mild air.
Awaiting a Sainsbury’s delivery this afternoon.

Good Morning all, I’m taking the Christmas decorations down
I always feel a bit sorry for poinsettias after Christmas. They’ve played their part bravely and all of a sudden they’re yesterdays news and no one’s interested 
My parents must have felt that way too because I remember poinsettia being replanted in the yard. My parents didn’t have green thumbs so the plants perished in the yard anyway. But the plants got a slightly longer life.

I tried to miss it. It’s very difficult to do. The entire world celebrates it. Even if I lived in a cave, I’d probably notice people behaving differently on that day.

We paid a visit to Iceland this morning to pick up some delectables to munch on tonight, there’s a DVD on it’s way from Amazon.
Getting back to Iceland, Easter eggs are already available 
Good afternoon good people. My wife is a bit better so we strolled the dogs, Max and Ozzie. Ozzie went home with his mum. Max did a bit if wander down the street. It is bin day and one of the neighbours who had a full bit plus a couple of black bags. Max decided to try to have a scavenge at the black bags. A bit naughty and I had to reprimand him…
