amazing Mups,i didnt know you could grow Dahlias in pots .My Shasta Daisy is now in a Pot after the SLUGS were making a meal of it .

So back in the spring we found a oak growing, so potted it up and under seeded with birds foot trefoil, theres a sunflower in there too, not sure how but hey ! no flowers on the trefoil yet but there are buds, we’ve grown a Chestnut on that the kids grandad started some 25 yrs ago, keep it in a tub it does alright.

This was a Dahlia from a DIY shed we rescued,

Sun Flowers which I’ve had to move for shelter, the wind is strong here at the moment.

Pretty Dahlia, Caricature.

Is that several Sunflowers in one pot, or just one bushy one?
I’m surprised, that’s all, as they have quite deep roots and drink alot, so I use pots about 12" deep - and that’s just for one.
