That’s a very guilty look @Mups …. I wonder what mischief she has been up to this time?
What lovely photos.
@logan1 - The snake’s head fritillary is one of my favourite flowers - I’ve tried growing them in every garden I’ve had, in different positions, but they never seem to flourish or get well established.
Thank you Boot, the fritillary likes it damp and our soil is clay but they do take a long time to grow. They’ve been there for a very long time and that’s the best that they have been.
Thought I would show you a picture of the daffies on the grass verge outside my house…over the stone wall is my garden
I bought a packet from Tesco two years back and they have grown well but my garden is clay and it rained a lot the first year …
Summer, love to see grass verges looking like that, lucky you
They should be fine, that’s the situation that mine are in.
I love spring flowers they really brighten the place up don’t they after a fairly colourless winter…summer is on its way…yay!!!
here we go; clematis
lovew the tulips mags and the clematis swimmy
Thank you Macey
For me, Spring begins with crocus and daffodils, then reaches the heights of glory with the bright and beautiful displays of tulips.
I love them - and your pots full of tulips look glorious @Mags - wonderfully cheerful.
Thank you Boot
Thankyou swimmy
