For anyone who didn’t know, like me, this is now on ITV and for another hour. Anyone who’s interested in this type of motor sport will see some awful conditions but this is making it even more nail-biting!

This old petrolhead cant get interested in battery cars plus I prefer two wheels anyway given the choice; I cant wait to see battery bikes race PMSL.
I know what you mean but with this the power source is of no consequence as the actual racing is really exciting, you would never know they are electric powered. Have you actually seen it? If not just have a look, you might be surprised. It’s similar to rallying and also F1 which, until the recent race, I was finding rather boring to be honest.
Battery bikes will no doubt be just as fast as conventionally powered ones, if they can ever get batteries small enough that is!

I too like that low down grunt from a diesel at full tilt pointed in anger … a blown Cummins takes sum beatin
