Finally, a British political party has come out and stated that zionism is racism - something most people across the world have been saying for a very, very long time.
Well done the Green Party!
Next, we need to imprison Sunak and Starmer for their role in facilitating a genocide!!
Hmm. Somehow, I suspect raising up the whole caboodle about history etc would be futile as it’s been argued ad nauseum ad infinitum. Life’s too short to go through all that again.
The UK government is supporting the genocide and silencing people who oppose it.
I think that’s all that needs to be said and why this is an admirable move by the Greens.
I’m curious as to how Zionism is inherently racist. I can see how the current approach to creating a Zion, as conducted by this Israeli administration, is racist. That is, they are kicking all Palestinians out of the region. I can even see how in the day to day running of Israel there is a strong racist basis for how non-Jews who live in Israel are treated, that is well documented and easily observed if you go to Israel.
The movement to create and sustain a state for the Jewish people need not, in itself, be racist. Unless that movement takes a second goal such as kicking out or treating as an underclass anyone in that state who is not a Jew. But that is Zionism with an additional (unpleasant) element rather than just Zionism. Or have I missed something?
Look into his eyes, look into his eyes. You are feeling sleepy… Zac will program you not to ask such questions soon enough. Is there a part of your body you want to enlarge?
What some party’s will do to gain votes…Don’t they know how much diesel and energy costs and how we are being invaded right under our noses. It’s time all parties woke up and smelled the coffee…The average person in the UK couldn’t give a toss about the middle east.
Yet the average person in the UK cares about the price of fuel and that is directly linked to events in the middl east. And more than half of people in the UK are actually sickened by what they see happening in Gaza and the West Bank. There are always a few who are happy to be ignorant (a quarter) and even fewer who lack any empathy (suspect that is a behaviour thing rather than just to do with this issue).
I’m excluding those who are pro-Israel regardless which appears to be about a fifth of the population.
If you have no empathy for fellow human beings then sure, brush all those bodies of dead children with limbs blown off under the carpet.
By that thinking then the entire world belongs to Africans, because we are all descendants of Africa.
It was wrong then and it is wrong now. Thankfully the internet has allowed the voice of the people of the world to be heard, and this has made it much harder for people to ignore.
And this makes me respect people like Vanessa Redgrave even more - she stood up when it was extremely difficult to. She’s definitely not a sheep like so many others were back then:
Not silly at all. If you want to talk about history, let’s include all of it - and at least it’s irrefutable deep knowledge which relies on hard scientific data like DNA and fossils (paleoanthropology) - as opposed to cultural history which is built primarily on oral traditions and cultural artifacts, sources created by humans with their own biases, perspectives, and agendas.
Ok. So no country has a right to exist in its own right. We are all part of the human race and should be allowed to go anywhere and settle anywhere on a whim.
Thatcher once said there is no such thing as society. You wish to take it further than that?
The price of fuel is based on many things…mainly Trumps actions, but because our government refuse to buy Russian diesel and obtaining our own oil from the north sea.
And one of the main causes of expensive fuel is our own government…
