Last night one of the channels featured a Foo Fighters gig at Reading Festival 2019. They mentioned that they had been around for 25 years. I don’t remember them in the 90s and I haven’t listened to them before, but they looked fantastic live. I have a friend who has been a big fan for years. I might check out one of their vinyl offerings.
How time flies, they’ve been going 30 years now. They’ve had some line-up changes including a dead drummer, but Grohl and the boys can still fill football stadiums. I’ve not really listen to their music, it’s for youngsters like you.
I think the 90s should go down in history as a top decade for post punk Britpop and US Grunge. I gave up listen to anything new, anything really, at the end of the that era.
