Not sure that I agree it is a separate gender. Surely they remain biologically male, even if they consider themselves psychologically female or even non-gender-specific.
Why would anyone want to be labelled with this epithet?
They do it to a dog, it’s still a dog. I think some on the NHS board went for the same op but the surgeon got the wrong end and removed their brains.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) made the claims in documents published by the National Gender Identity Clinical Network for Scotland (NGICNS).
The documents have since been deleted, with the Scottish Government, who said it was originally published by mistake, issuing an apology.

Maybe a better gender description would be… A Gelding. That is a male horse, who has had his nuts removed. Looking on the bright side, the Eunuch/Gelding, could win a few bob, running over the Jumps or even on the flat!
