I had a smashing BBQ lunch today. Sausages, lamb cutlets, hash browns, mushrooms onions. Absolutely excellent and perfectly cooked!
Even the visiting dog enjoyed the bones.
Nearly forgot, followed up with a Hot Cross Bun

Roast lamb for us, with a strawberry flan and squirty cream for pudding. I made two flans yesterday, one for us and one for our daughter. Granddaughter was jumping up and down with excitement at the squirty cream, haha!

Had aged dotty aunt round for lunch. Tried something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, influenced by some eastern eu youtuber.
Pork mince, potato slices on top, covered with cheesy onion sauce.
Nice.
