Does there come a time when

I knew there’d be a catch but it’s got to be kinder than sandpapering.
I might try that.

Is nt it basically the same as plucking but quicker ?

I use special cotton thread and sort of wrap around my hand and catch the hair in the loop it takes off lots in one go , screechy stuff though , you gotta be brave ( I never was)

I was threading a friend who’s facial hair was bad, I pulled at my black fluffy cardigan and wrapped it around the threads and carried on threading , I showed my friend the huge piece of black 'facial hair’and she screamed. I fell about laughing

I don’t necessarily think older ladies look ‘older’ or ‘aged’ with long hair, it’s how some wear it and the style they chose.

There’s an awful lot of your average ‘Joe/esses’ in every day life who have long hair and wear it in a style of yesteryear, which can give a dated look or ‘old fashioned’ look.

Personally I think older ladies need a certain panache about them or joie de vivre to carry it off. :grinning: I’m not anti long hair for older ladies, It’s just some who keep an old fashioned style don’t realise it does nothing for them.

Can’t quite get out what I want to say, but so that’ll have to do

Not related to long hair, but I’d love to wear my hair like Judi Dench. Sadly I have neither white hair, thick hair nor the right shaped face. So it’s hey ho,

not my type thanks!

not my type PK

Thank you.
In my opinion, it looks classy
Otherwise I don’t really care what others think of my hair. What matters most is if I like it and I definitely do.

I think I’ve said too much already - this is I think a womans thread only or should be!

These types of threads are just horrible for me…My daughter has no hair no eyebrows no eyelashes…so obviously I find the whole thread distasteful…Just being HONEST… :innocent:

Its hard to say, there just ain’t any bad female hair days around here and not a wrinkle in sight??? :biking_man:

FGS. :biking_man:

I love my long hair, but I do wear it up a lot. I have had it short a couple of times when I took a daft turn and cut it, but I soon regretted it and grew it again.
