Does there come a time when

If you say beauty comes from within…what does it matter what they look like anyway? :woman_shrugging:

I have started a topic about long hair I have voiced my opinion…you are voicing yours…

What do you mean what does it matter anyway, who said it mattered?

I said old woman with long hair look awful…am I allowed to voice that…or have I got to tell you why it matters?..which makes no sense to me by the way.

@d00d
Stunning, simply Stunning. :biking_man:

The ones in films…you know with the long hair and haggard, wrinkled faces…I don’t believe I witches.

Personally I don’t like long hair on older women.
It’s makes them look like scraggy mutton dressed as lamb … I’ve got long hair, still, though it’s shorter than it used to be and I really ought to get it cut.
But then I don’t really mind looking my age … as ‘reality check time’ … I am old at 59.

It’s not hair or just wrinkles that make a woman look unattractive.
By the time she’s a certain age she should , quite simply, know what ‘look’ suits her and enhances her beauty as every woman has her best feature.
And if it’s long hair. Wear hair long.
Some women with short permed hair can look like something from a Dick Emery sketch.
It’s style that counts and feeling comfortable in your own skin, so your style shines through.

Very well put @Morticia. I’ve seen older women with short hair and no style or dress sense and they can look awful. And I have a friend with shoulder length flowing locks, beautifully maintained, and she has loads of style, she always looks so well-turned out. She’s in her 80s, and honestly she could give a lot of 50 somethings a run for their money!

I never started this Twink did by telling others how a Christian should be.

All because I voiced my own opinion about old woman with long hair…so please don’t start on me…involving other members and bringing them into it that is what she did…out of order…

Keep my religion out of it…otherwise I will speak to Azz about it.in fact I’ve just messaged him over it as I’m sick of it.

A “croydon facelift” can only be achieved with long hair on an older lady Pauline.

Why only on an older lady ,Annie?

To me that doesn’t make sense.

Ah facelift…does it lift the face then?

Because a young woman doesn’t need a facelift.

That’s what I was thinking.

I think different hair lengths suit different face shapes whatever the age. Some women just never suit long or short hair. Some older women look beautiful with long hair, it all depends on bone structure and poise. Also a good haircut.

I have never had long hair in my life, even as a little girl. Its always been super short. I think it was more to do with convenience growing up, then just became a habit. I envy long hair on others but have never been patient enough to grow mine. I did try a wig on once and looked so drastically different that I tore it off straightaway!

I had beautiful long hair, right into my 30s, that is when I decided to have it cut…my youthful face was no longer there…it didn’t suit me as it once did.

I must say I don’t like the manly short hair cuts on some old woman either…it can make their face look hard…imo.

Well I have a beautiful face and my short hair shows it off nicely. Plus I smile a lot, so not a problem :+1:
