Probably right, the second marriage was definitely a triumph of optimism over experience.
It has to be said that my first wife and I split amicably. Against the statistics I have outlived both of them.
It must be difficult outliving a person (or persons) who have had an influential effect on a surviving life.
Sometime in the near future air fryers will be the size of a household electric oven and fitted into the kitchen .
Looking back 50 years how things have changed in every way .
Perhaps a thread on the changes in our lifetime would be interesting

I doubt that personally because then it is just the same as a fan forced oven. Surely the advantage is their small size and economy.
