Do you like getting glammed up for a night out?

I don’t have nights out, but that doesn’t stop me from being glamorous. Tonight, for example, I will be wearing my new underpants from Next. I normally get them from Tesco but I thought ‘what the Hell’, you’re only old once.

I will will be wearing my hair carelessly ruffled.

Jeans, waistcoat, white shirt, flat cap, pocket watch and double Albert, brown brogues…I have been doing the Peaky Blinders for years now.

I must say, I do like brogues on a man…very classy looking.

My son wears them for work.

Hi

I like going out, lockdown put an end to that.

I have nights in, when I get dressed up in my finery, a good bottle of wine and a steak and movie.

Unfortunately the last two such have resulted in me ending up in Resus where my clothes and shoes have been cut off.

Very annoying.

Yes, I enjoy glamming up once in a while. But I’m not into heavy makeup. Less is more sometimes:-D
The event will determine the glam factor :wink:
Alas, the last time I glammed up was a girls night out to watch a Bee Gees show (not the original of course) Seems like ages ago now…

I am having a long over due ‘girls’ night out on Thursday - we are off to an Italian restaurant - and will all be dressed in our best. Definitely no trousers or trainers.

Red shoes with killer heels and - yes, before anyone asks - I can walk properly in them! Long maroon skirt, with a maroon, red, and silver top - have just made earrings to match.

Silver thigh length platform boots with contrasting bubble gum pink lamé trousers, String vest complete with chest wig and gold medallion. Of course, I always change before I go out.

By the way - I’ll need my black silk stockings back for Thursday - if you have laddered them you can buy me some new ones. Don’t even think about replacing them with nylons!!
