Do expensive face creams work

Ya can’t beat a good rub down with a sheep. That natural lanolin is better than all the modern day oils and potions. :sheep:

I think there are laws against that! :ram::ram:

Only if observed by Billy Connolly …as in his ‘with a sheep’ sketch :astonished::point_right::wink::grin:

If you’ve ever had a colonoscopy that video will have you in hysterics.
The laxative is Picolax.
They don’t use it any more!!!
The preparation was superb but I think someone complained!!

My bowel prep was a different substance, but still was a through-the-eye-of-a-needle job though. I was very interested watching the screen as the camera probe made its way through me and the running commentary was very informative :+1:

I remember reading somewhere that if you use haemorrhoid cream on your face it will tighten up your wrinkles temporarily :flushed:

I don’t think I’ll bother but do let me know if you give it a try

I just think…when your nice skin has gone…it’s gone, there’s no return… well, maybe a facelift might help?

Isn’t it fascinating! I’d had mild sedation (as you do) and it was the first camera trip around since they’d removed half of my colon (I’m officially a semicolon!)
I said you make sure I’m awake when you reach the buffers where they joined the remaining half of the colon to the small intestine…it was incredible, so neat, such tiny stitches!!
I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

You can buy a jar of the stuff in any supermarket for a couple of bucks.
