Went to Bunnings Hardware this morning. Outside in the garden section I felt something sharp hit me on my head. I thought something may have fell from on high. Then another sharp hit, then another and another.
All up I was dive bombed at least 6 times by a little Willie.

I was just about to post about a Willy Wagtail who has made a nest on my patio so I hope you will forgive me if I use this thread.
The poor bugger started building while I was away so probably thought it was a nice quiet spot. I am trying to avoid it but I think the pair will probably abandon it as it is right next to the back door.
I always had Willy Wagtails in the garden for nearly 40 years but a couple of years ago they all disappeared until this year when a couple of pairs reappeared.

What’s a Willy Wagtail? By your emoji, I’m guessing it’s a 
bird. Big bird? Little bird? Any other descriptors?

I didn’t know they did that.I’ve been attacked by Magpies and Noisy Miner Birds.

It already looks unhappy. I can imagine how unhappy it looked when it was dive bombing your head.
