Second one taken at 7:30am when I came out again.

Lovely sky, ST…I took a beautiful picture of a pink sky here, just after 6 am,that’s how pink it was.
That’s the way to shop; early and fresh. If we don’t show up early in my area, from spring onwards, the grockles clear the shelves of all the reduced lines and the sell-by-today section.
I found that the earlier you go the more unfilled shelves there are.
Most of the shelf stacking in my area is done over night, so the early bird fills their trolley. My town is on the south coast where some of the housing has been turned into holiday flats, plus there are holiday caravan parks to add to the shoppers, so we have to make an early start.
It is not the case in my part of Edinburgh, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsburys don’t seem to have night workers.
Not so here - everything was well stocked.
